Clinton's Argument to the Rules and By-LAws Committee

THIS is the link to the excellent letter Senator Clinton's General Counsel, Lyn Utrecht, prepared for the Rules and By-Laws Committee (RBC). Pretty compelling stuff, if you ask me! In addition to all of the great points made is the request for this to be settled QUICKLY, and not make Florida and Michigan have to wait any longer. The argument is made that this does NOT need to go to the Credentials Committee, as the RBC has all the power it needs to make the necessary decisions. Get your favorite drink, settle back, and read the letter. Then go DONATE to Clinton's campaign - they are still doing a two-for-one over there!!
