I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving, and have much for which to be thankful. May you be surrounded by family, chosen and/or blood, and close friends with whom to spend the day. May you have food to eat, this day and every day. May you have love, and laughter, in your life. May your day be one of Thanksgiving, for this day and every day.
And may you enjoy this lovely piece, both visually and musically.
If you are traveling today, may you arrive safely at your destination, and home again.
Happy Thanksgiving, friends.

Happy Thanksgiving to you!
It's cold and windy in Chicago today, but the house will be warm...and I'm so thankful I have a house to be in. I'm so sad when I think of those who have lost their jobs and homes...and feelings of self-worth. This will be a difficult day for many, especially the families of those who have sons/daughters/mothers who are away at war. My prayers are with all of them.
All the best to ya, kiddo! (I suppose you'll be giving your horses a special treat today?) ;-)
And to you, Mary Ellen!
I couldn't have said it better myself. It is a tough time for too many people in this country, this world. My prayers go out to them.
At the same time, I am thankful for family and friends, for people like you in this world, Mary Ellen!
I will be seeing Jordan in just a little while! His BIG treat today is a totally clean blanket he'll be getting back today! :-D And a good grooming after Thanksgiving dinner and a movie.
I* hope you have a lovely day with your family, Mary Ellen!
Happy Thanksgiving, Rev! Thank you for that absolutely breathtaking video. And many many thanks for all that you give of your time, energy, and wisdom through this blog. I'm so thankful to have found the incomparable Rabble Rouser Reverend Amy!
SF, you are too kind, friend! Thank you for being such a faithful reader! I appreciate that so much...
Glad you liked the video. I hope you are having a wonderful Thanksgiving, SF.
Again, thank you!
A belated blessed Thanksgiving to you!
Keep on, keeping on!
We have so much to thank our Lord for giving us, especially the gift of life and love. My prayers. FrJM
And same to you, Nazareth Priest!
Yes, indeed, so much for which to be thankful - friends, family, a roof over our heads, food to eat - yet being mindful of those who do not, and bearing them up as best we can.
Happy Thanksgiving to you, too!
