This Says It All *Updated*

I received the following photos from my friend, Artemis, this morning. I think this sums up perfectly the difference between who we could have had, and who we have.

Hillary Clinton in the rain:

And then there is Obama in the rain:

Enough said, though feel free to share your opinions!

UPDATE: Apologies for not having the photo credits, but the friend who sent the email let me know she got the photos from our friend, Uppity Woman's site (where Uppity got them from, I don't know). Uppity has an outstanding post along the lines of this one (though better - Uppity Woman ROCKS). Here is the link to, "He's Stolen Everything ELSE, But He Can't Steal My HOPE!" Hi Amy! I've finally arrived home and yesterday I spent the time catching up with work at home and trying to catch up on the news on the Internet. I've seen a ton of posts from Obots who are whining and crying about "The One" and wondering what it would be like to have voted for Hillary instead. Of course, we'll never hear an apology from those who called us all racists.

Of course, I've also seen the wailing and gnashing of teeth about Obama and in the same comment they say they will vote for him again anyway because all Republican's are terrorists. You just can't remove the stupid out of their heads, it's too well ingrained.

Word verification: taxesh. I guess that must be what the Dems planning on giving us in return for the debt deal...not higher taxes, just a little new legislation called taxesh. Because they think that all American are stupid enough not to realize that "new revenue" and "taxesh" are just other names for "screw you".

Hey, ME!

I hope you got my text - things have been a bit chaotic with the youngun running around! :-)

So glad you are home now, and at the outcome. What a RELIEF!!!

No kidding - they are whining their little fool heads off. They just had to vote for the guy they crowned "cool" over the vastly more qualified woman. Just typical.

Just as it is that they will continue to vote for this poser because Joe Biden (of all people ) has labeled TEA PARTY people "terrorists." They won't call real terrorists terrorists anymore, but they will the other political party.

WTH is WRONG with them???

ROTFL abt your "Word of the Day" - that is perfect!!

Glad you are home, friend! Yay! (Oh, and sorry abt my Yanks beating up on your team, but I sure wish your team had beaten those pesky Red Sox!!!)

Hey, Katmoon!

Thank you - nice to see you, too. I have been checking in over at NQ when I have a moment. And of course, I always look for you and Ferd!

I understand your son is coming home soon? I am so happy for you and your family!

Just in case you do check back in, I am heading up to my hometown tomorrow to take back my grandnephew (dangit - he is one of my fave people), and to see my ortho on Fri. Unfortunately, my knee continues to decline...

Anyway - thanks for coming by, friend. It is great to *see* you!

Good Morning,

Yes we are waiting to hear when my son will be arriving home; they come home in waves of a few hundred to thousand at a time; so we are champing at the bit. Sorry you are still having the problems with the knee, I sure hope they find out what the cuase of this is, soon! Please keep us updated on it.
As far as NQ, we are taking some time to just view comments and not post opinion for awhile, there was a couple articles while you were gone that the tone didn't sit well with us(re: Christianity and the murderer in Norway), so we figured it was a necessary time out to re-evaluate, we were also waiting for you to come back, to be supportive of your writing-then again we can come here!

Take good care of you and I will let you know when we get the phone call.

Amy, I found you through Uppity's site. Yay.
Do we have friends in common in south Florida? You remind me of someone.

Katmoon, thank you - I look forward to knowing when your son is safe and sound back on US soil...

You know you and Ferd are welcome here any time, though I am sorry to hear of your concerns abt NQ. I assume you are referring to the attempt to equate this one madman to jihadists by Jon Stewart (is that an accurate interpretation of what Stewart said? I didn't watch the clip.). If so, I can understand from where you are coming. Simply put, IMHO, there is no comparison between the two.

And I thank you for your desire to support my writing. That means so much to me, Katmoon! You and Ferd are the best!

When I returned I wanted to see what I missed in the news while gone and I can't tell you how disturbed I was by the actions of the Democrats (and even a few Republicans) in the last few weeks. This country is in serious trouble, and it's not just the economy.

I did finally get a post up at my place, kind of covered our "great escape" but there were so many details left out. One day we'll talk...when things get a little quieter for you there. Isn't it funny how such a little person can cause so much upheaval? LOL! I love kids, their energy. Too bad we can't take the excess off their hands, eh?

Ugh...the White Sox are a lost cause this year. We had to give up our Red Sox tickets when we had to leave for PA/MA, but managed to sell them to one of the guys in the group who wanted them. They won that game, too. Sigh....

My daughter's boyfriend (who grew up in MA) is a forever Red Sox fan. My daughter loves it when the White Sox play the Red Sox or the Yanks because it's the only time the White Sox games are televised in NH!

Rabble Rouser Reverend Amy said...

ME - ROTFL abt the Sox playing the Sox and getting it televised. Oh, how well I know that. Same for the Yanks. I swear - ESPN really needs to rename itself the RSNP...

It really is amazing with the kids, isn't it?? He is such a bundle of energy, and SO cute. I hate having to tell him no when he wants me to play with him, but sometimes I have to clean, do laundry, feed the dogs/cats... :-) He is a joy, though, and I will miss him.

Yes, let's talk next week if you have time. That would be great. I should be around after Sunday (assuming Emily doesn't wash us away).

It is amazing what can happen in a week. I still cannot get over the VP of the country calling the other party in the country TERRORISTS when that word is a no-no for those who actually ARE. I just cannot wrap my brain around that at all. It is insane...

Anywho - glad you are home, and able to get those tickets sold!
